CLUBHOUSE USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

                CLEAN UP  SAME  DAY  RENTED so clubhouse  is ready  for next occupant.

       a.    Sweep and wet mop [water only]

       b.    Empty all wastebaskets/trash cans into dumpster in front of building.

              Replace plastic liners.

       c.     PLEASE,  pick up party litter including cigarette butts around outside of property.

                      Furniture arrangement:  [See reverse of paper for floor plan]

        a.    Stack chairs no more than two (2) high along east and west walls.

        b.    Return wood tables as found.

        c.    Stack 20 folding tables on dolly.

      IF YOU MOVE PIANO OFF THE STAGE.   There is an automatic charge of $50 for not replacing

                       piano  back onto stage.

                      Thermostat is pre-programed  PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE

                      Wall heaters on north wall should  be set to “PILOT” if used.  NOT OFF

                      NO SMOKING INSIDE THE BUILDING.

                      The sale of alcohol is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

                      Hang or attach nothing to ceiling or walls.

                      Close and lock all windows and doors before leaving.

                      Please leave key inside building when finished.

                      DO NOT BLOCK EXIT DOORS  AT ANY TIME.

                      Closing Hours: Weekdays @ 11:00 pm./ Weekends @ 11:30 pm.
